We’re Hiring an Administrator!

Administrator – £15,000-£17,000/year

 

R B Asbestos Consultants are a well-established and fast growing business, who provides asbestos surveys, management, training and advice to property owners, businesses and other organisations throughout the UK.

We are looking for an Administrator to join our team in Burnley.

The role will suit a confident individual who has good communication skills and is adaptable to work in a busy, demanding environment. Previous administration experience is essential – you must be computer literate and a team player.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Logging enquiries
  • Preparing quotations on our bespoke software package
  • Compiling survey reports
  • Managing a training database
  • Creating simple plans on Visio

 

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Good communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to work unsupervised using your own initiative
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Good time keeping skills
  • Great organisational skills
