I spoke to a lady at RB Asbestos Consultants in Burnley last week as I needed to know if there was asbestos in the Artex ceiling near the loft hatch - we are hoping to get the hatch enlarged and the loft boarded for extra space in the house we’ve just moved into.. And, it HAS to be mentioned that the lady I spoke to was MOST helpful. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name but she gave me all the information I needed, verbally first then followed by a text with photos and instructions of how to safely take a sample of the area and where to send this to, to be analysed, saving me the expense of having to have a surveyor come out to take the sample. I so appreciated her taking the time to pass on to me this valuable information and at no cost to myself. If I was to recommend a company for good honest information and assistance regarding asbestos it would definitely be RB Asbestos in Burnley.
